Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very helpful and accomodating staff. No hand soap in the toilet but otherwise room was great... Dirty and a little run down on the street outside but can walk into town and very short walk to the beach 🙂

Great location to beautiful beach. We spent a full day at beach enjoying the view, sand and surf. Quick walk up the road for more snacks / wine. A really good choice instead of some of the more popular areas in the Algarve. Less busy and easier to drive and park.

The hotel was as described and perfect for our two night stay. It was close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough away to get a return taxi, necessary due to dodgy hip!! Breakfast was ok - nothing exciting in the buffet but wasn't too expensive.

Overall it had a great stay! They staff for the most part was helpful. The room was missing small things like a sponge or cloth to wash dish is you didn’t want to run the dish washer for one item. I asked reception for some dish washing liquid but I was given soap for the dish washer that was missing. I like having a kitchenette in my room, but I think running a dish washer for two glasses or a glass an a plate is wasteful! Also as I was checking out. I ask for your email ice for my cup. The front desk and bar are connected. The person at the front desk told me his colleague would help me. I put 4 ice cubes in a cup. I asked if he could put ice in my cup and he told me know. They need ice for there guest! The lobby had two people having cocktails! He was rude and they wasn’t the first time. You don’t look the right way you may receive less than stellar trea**ent. I love the location, but I am not sure if I would recommend the hotel. I don’t think anyone should be mistreated when they are at an accommodation.

Upon our arrival the bathroom was dirty still with brown stains from previous guests.
At the bar they tricked us by offering large and small beers. In reality it was the same amount just in different shaped glasses.
They never restocked the coffee service after the first day.

Last year we were in this unit for the first few days Some good things Close to the sea We were given a room overlooking the parking lot which was funny because we could see the pool from our car and we had a view of Torre G and something Pestana Group But nothing to say about cleaning Daily change of sheets and towels We were very sad to find out that this unit is going to close. Not the elevators are actually going to close. We were sad because it means more unemployment plus another blow to the Algarve economy. The girls at reception were friendly and polite, with the patience of Job to put up with the English who take as a guide that the Official Language is English which I Canadiana "swore" when I was in England I would only speak in Portuguese Damn At least one good day/afternoon But the worst are the "nuestros hermanos" They speak loudly and in zippo manners But the BAD thing was knowing that a hotel on a beautiful beach will close forever To all of us our abs and good luck

Positive aspects: Excellent location; helpful and friendly staff; very pleasant smell in common spaces. Negative aspects: Existence of only 2 elevators for the rooms and cleaning staff; the state of conservation of the furniture leaves a lot to be desired; broken room telephone; very superficial cleaning, they "forgot" to change the sheets (we stayed there for a week), even after calling attention at reception; parking lot very small considering the size of the hotel and already deserved to be tarred; we arrived at the room and the door was open; Considering the pandemic situation, the organization/use of the sun loungers did not require any cleaning between uses and the distance between them was very small.
