Wonderful location, the villas very spacious, clean and complete. Very friendly staff. However, the heated pool was fatal: there were cockroaches!! And it also smelled very strange and unpleasant. A shame we couldn't enjoy it, but everything else was great.

Adorei a minha estadia no Pestana Alvor Beach Villas! A localização é simplesmente incrível, com a praia de areia branca à porta e a vila do Alvor a uma curta caminhada. As villas são modernas, espaçosas e bem equipadas. As piscinas exteriores e o spa são ótimos para relaxar. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a minha estadia. Recomendo vivamente este lugar para quem procura umas férias relaxantes no Algarve.

Clean, nice setup, ideal location for beach and only a 5 minute walk to town. Many golf courses local to play. Staff pleasant and very helpful if needed.

Feb 2024 Nice accommodation on the beach. Rooms 8102-8104 beautiful sea view, 1st floor. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, towel, sponge, washing up liquid for the first days. Good beds. Cleaning and towel change every day. Enough parking spaces. Cold saltwater pool. I love it. Walking options on the boardwalk. Use of all facilities of Dom João II, swimming pool, spa, fitness, bar. Check in here too! Quite noisy if you have noisy neighbors. Will definitely return.

2nd year in a row coming here with a large group of golfers. Wonderful location, very friendly staff. Villas were modern and clean with all the facilities you could need. Access to beach and boardwalk from villas and hotel was fab. Had a lovely holiday. Would definitely recommend to golfers and non golfers alike.

We really enjoyed our visit, staff were friendly and efficient. Accommodation was clean and met descriptions. We were in a good location, near the town and beside the beach with boardwalk and interesting bird life.

One of the best vacations ever. We loved Portugal and are already talking of coming back. People are friendly and amazing. Weather was great, warm and sunny every day. Accommodations at the Pestana Beach Villas was excellent. Very comfortable and clean with just a 2 minute walk from the most amazing beach. 10 min walk to Alvor. 10 minute drive from Portimao. Lots of shopping. If there were more stars I'd give all of them. Staff are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Our last day at the resort we went for breakfast and the girl at the serving desk gave us a free breakfast. Thanks again to everyone at the resort. We will be back.
