feedback of the hotel which was very unpleasant and unwelcoming for us and my family. I will point out each aspect of disappointment I had with hotel. 1. As earlier informed we were given room 501 & 502, where AC was not working at all. We were sweating. Finally after a lot of speaking with your reception team, we changed our rooms to 325 & 329. 2. In 325 - my parents were staying and the WC flush was not working, after numerous complaints they rectified the issue on the day of checkout. 3. In 329 - the wooden floor plank was fixed with nail, where nail was out and not properly fixed and my foot got hurt. 4. Your pool was dirty, not clean at all, people were swimming and I went and came out, but your attended didn’t even clean despite standing there and watching people how they are enjoying. 5. Restaurants - as if I was in food court and waiting for my table to get empty, post that even we had to tell them to please clear and clean it enabling us to start our meal with new cutlery. 6. Food - we opted for Lunch buffet, only one non veg dish - which was chicken gravy, was empty most of the times, when they refilled, chicken was not even cooked properly, we informed the chef also. We ordered pizza through in room dining, the pizza base was uncooked. I thought I’m eating raw pizza. 7. AC’s were tripping entire night creating no sound sleep.
