"One of the most hospitable experiences our team has come across in this beautiful property. We did our Annual Sales Conference here. Food was too good, rooms were cosy , neat, clean & bath rooms were super large ! Most importantly the service staff were polite, accommodative to what you ask ( hasn’t told” no “to anything ; examples were many - we wanted to have our colleague’s anniversary celebration ( we came to know about it later) with a late evening request for cake cutting at around 8:30 pm & knowing Sariska’s market set up , difficult to get it from outside & they could present a yummy decorated one by 10 pm 😍 ; similar experience when one of our lady colleagues has to leave for Jaipur airport late at night 1 am for health concern of family & they arranged it with an assurance on safety !!! There are many more … Customer centricity at its best & a living example. All the staff were super courteous & willing to run extra mile to see your smile on services! What more you expect ! "My stay at the 'Treetop by Eight Continents Astroport Sariska' has been absolutely exceptional from the start. The seamless check-in process ***** with the LIVE Rajasthani folk songs and thoughtful room selection set the perfect tone for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable with good amenities. Their was a sitting area outside the room with chairs & cot. Further there was a garden area to sit & enjoy. The food at the restaurant has been an experience to savour their culinary delights served with great service. Chef Chotelal has been outstanding to suggest & cook dishes from Rajasthani cuisine. Whether enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner, the quality of food & service with smile was top notch. The property itself is spread over in vast area & you can take a guided walk tour around it. One can also choose the trek uphill to have the best morning & evening sunrise & sunset views. Mr. Shekhawat took us around & explained even the flora & fauna of the area. The hill creates a natural setting surrounded by the greenery which elevates the entire experience. Beyond this, the resort has safaris, astronomy activity, cultural programme, spa & bar to cater to every need of us. We spotted Saturn during one of the days & looked at moon thru their telescope which was an amazing experience. Navjyot & Divyanshu were outstanding in astronomy & were eager to interact for any query to increase the interest. The resort’s big swimming pool complemented by its inviting patio seating, provides the ideal setting to unwind. Last but not least, the general manager Mr. Ghanshyam was all out with his team to meet & cater to every guest need. His prompt assistance into any hotel / service related matters has been invaluable throughout my stay.
