Large and comfortable room in a house in the heart of Amalfi. The owner kindly came at the bus station and took us up to the house. Overall very enjoyable experience

We loved the 144 winding stairs through tunnels leading to this great place. View was fantastic! Host was friendly, kind, and helpful

Gianfranco was an amazing host, and the views from the property were out of this world. Although there are a lot of stairs you have to take to get to the property. It was stated breakfast was included but it was just a coffee and some cakes. The view from the terrace made up for it.

Il proprietario è stato inizialmente gentile per poi essere una persona antipatica e poco seria, alle 10 è entrato in camera senza il permesso di nessuno, per dirci che dovevamo uscire dalla camera, inoltre per soli 30 min in più voleva addebitarci una notte in più, infine per aver fumato iqos vicino alla finestra, ci ha addebitato senza dircelo 40€, almeno un messaggio per avvisare, ma nulla, se ci fosse stato voto 0 lo avrei dato sicuramente.

Vista stupenda, dalla camera si vede l intero panorama di Amalfi!!! Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente. Stanze e struttura ben pulita, ordinata e moderna. Le note dolenti sono solo per la colazione, non è possibile in un posto come Amalfi con tutte le cose buone che la Campania offre da mangiare, come colazione ci vengano offerte solo brioche confezionate senza marca. Nessuna alternativa. No questo non lo accetto da un posto così mi aspetto di più!! Scesi in piazza abbiamo fatto la vera colazione con cappuccino e cornetto e altre delizie presso la pasticceria pansa vera icona di Amalfi.

Spennende beliggenhet,- men må ha god fysisk form - langt å gå og mye trapper opp til hotellet. Flott utsikt fra takterasse. Ikke utsikt fra rommet - bare takvindu. Trolig fuktighet på badet - lukt der - hadde avfukter. Ble møtt av hyggelig vert som var service minded

Lovely property hidden away but close to everything. Short walk from bus stop or ferry. The video sent on how to get to Casa Mao was extremely helpful as sometime it is hard to find any location in Amalfi, especially if you have never been here before. Our host Gianfranco was extremely helpful and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. Sitting on the terrace in the evening with a breathtaking view overlooking the city was wonderful way to end the day and breakfast there was a beautiful way to start it. Highly recommend a stay here.
