Once the Milan Design Week was over (which, as an architect, one believes one cannot miss) we arrived at the BSA. Immediately upon arrival it doesn't take long to verify that all the praise and appreciation that this place receives from all the guests are real and, if anything, express less than it is. ALL the staff members seem to have been trained to obtain the degree in "Perfect Attitude towards Guests": fantastic at putting you in a good mood and making you feel as if you have known each other forever. The breakfasts (about the quality and quantity of the products I really don't know what to add to everyone's many compliments) are organized as a fascinating journey in the same kitchens where the starred chef prepared dinner for you the night before. The furnishings, the style, the a**osphere and the charm of the interiors of BSA remain for me the most unforgettable and ... instructive memory: yes, because if the thousands of creatives, designers, architects, interior decorators who visit Milan the Design Week, if they had the opportunity to see this place, they would really understand how to look for and combine the furnishings, the lights (always warm, never seen before, essential), the accessories and the books that you would spend hours looking at. I admit I learned a lot here. The rooms are even better than in the photos and give the feeling of living in an airship over the sea. And here, finally (!) I managed to find the flaw: among over 100 TV channels, "8" and "9" are missing, but here you can live happily even without them!
