Avoid it! Terrible experience there! I guess this accommodation will always have customers due to its location, not in the very Amalfi centre but just a few steps from the Duomo. But this is the only positive thing they have. Check-out time very (very) early and check-in time controlled by the staff, if you are exploring the Costiera Amalfitana you have to bear in mind the check-in time or you may lose your booking and your money as well. They tried to take photos of my credit card by the two sides of it, trying to get also my CVV number! Be careful! They asked me for an extra 50€ due to a strange "resort fee", never explained before and they say you must pay that amount only in cash... Apart from that, the facilities are not linked to the amount you pay for them, too far away from a good value for money. Unflinchingly, the worst part of my time in the Costiera Amalfitana, they might ruin your experience in an idyllic place.

Hotel it’s self is good but the staff asked for 50 euros cash for cleaning fee which is insane and the C trip helped me solved problem

Non è un resort ma un b&b. Abbiamo soggiornato qui nel week end di pasqua.Punti a favore la posizione e la pulizia della struttura. Per il resto trovo inadeguato il fatto che si debba arrivare entro un orario prestabilito (18.30), vincolante se si prende in considerazione il fatto che trattasi di vacanza, magari si decidere di fare più tappe. Detto ciò punto nettamente a sfavore è la colazione, che accettano solo dalle 8 alle 9.30, oltre al fatto che va prenotato la sera prima e va scelto cosa mangiare la mattina successiva ,cosa che nei resort, visto che tale viene chiamato, non dovrebbe avvenire. Chiesto la possibilità di avere il servizio in camera visto gli orari ma c'è stato detto che non lo fanno. se scendi alle 10 c'è già la signora delle pulizie, gentilissima che ci ha fatto il caffe, ma per la colazione siamo dovuti andare al bar, visto e considerato che siano in vacanza rimettere la sveglia per un cornetto e un cappuccino mi sembra assurdo. In più solitamente, il pagamento avviene quando si lascia la struttura, e non all'arrivo . Io personalmente consiglierei alla struttura di rivedere un po questi punti a sfavore.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. We were minutes away from the centre of Amalfi. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The pool was a real highlight for us and Andrea at reception was lovely too.

Loved this property and the surrounding area. Sadly we did not have a great checkout as we were asked to pay a tax in cash and we’re overcharged by approximately 50 euro
