Lovely decor. Across the street is a tea room that was open late where we had a couple of drinks. Our day didn't quite go as planned and the concierge called to assure that we were coming. We were and we arrived just in time to see him go. He was super helpful and we were so grateful for the communication.

La struttura si trova a Pogerola, comodamente raggiungibile in autobus, macchina o scooter! Lo staff è molto disponibile, cordiale e servizievole! Ci hanno messo a nostro agio senza farci mancare nulla! La camera era molto grande, spaziosa, pulita e nuova, completa di aria condizionata! Colazione buona soprattutto il cappuccio!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ideale per chi non ama il caos!

Clean, friendly, fantastic continental breakfast. Views out of this world. Pub next door €5 a pint. Good evening meals. Cocktail bar opposite. Bus to Amalfi pitching wedge away. €1.40. Last bus leaves Amalfi midnight back to village.

Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise in der Villa Maria übernachtet. Es gibt gratis Parkplätze unmittelbar beim Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ca. 15 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Busstation ist gleich neben dem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber & sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war nicht das grösste aber man bekam alles was man wollte. Wir kommen wieder!

Struttura distante 15 minuti in bus dal centro di Amalfi ma vicinissima alla fermata del bus. Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera spaziosa, dotata di aria condizionata, armadio. Il bagno grande e completo di vasca idromassaggio Colazione inclusa nella prenotazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Ottima struttura nel complesso. La consiglio!

A lovely B&B in the village of Pogerola. You will find it 400m above Amalfi up in the mountains. A great place to stay at with a lovely host/family that takes care of you. I don’t think you can find a much better place to stay at if you visit Amalfi. 12min away from the town with the bus up,up,up. Pogerola feels like the genuine Italy that som many search for. Villa Maria have a great breakfast, clean rooms and it’s so calm and quit during the days until the people in Pogerola comes out when the sun sets. A couple of restaurants, minimart and cafés gives you what you need. If you want to take a bath in the ocean just go to Lido Degli Artisti with the bus. Just hop of 4 stops before the town or take the boat direct to the beach(4 euros) This is a place we will comeback to be sure of that. Just sit down on the big terrace at “Cocktail bar” with an espresso is worth going back for
