交通アクセスが良く値段が安い割に施設の利便性がよいから。繁華街の中心で食事や飲みには困らないし、お風呂は広めのユニットバスがあるのはゲストハウスとしては珍しい。

台風で飛行機が飛ばなくなり、急遽予約しました。部屋とトイレ、風呂場は綺麗でしたが、一緒に泊まっている客のマナーが最悪でした。安いゲストハウスだからか学生に見える人が多かったですが、夜中まですごくうるさかったです。1Fのラウンジは24時間のようですが、テレビ観ながら夜中までギャーギャー、、。部屋の壁は薄く、廊下の足音、くしゃみの音、隣の部屋のいびきもまるまる聞こえてきます。そんな中、ヘアドライヤーは23:00-6:00の間は使用禁止の案内もあるのに守らず、廊下で夜中の3〜4時にずっとドライヤーを使用し、おしゃべりをしてました。朝も5-6時にまたドライヤーの音が聞こえて、大きい足音。夜から早朝はスタッフさんがおらず、注意する人もいないのでやり放題の状況。結局一睡もできず、本当に最悪でした。騒音で寝れず、次の日を台無しにしたい方におすすめです。

大変フレンドリーなゲストハウス。
なんでもフロントで優しく対応してくれます。
１階はいろんな人が集まって談笑できる場所で
レンジや水もおいてあります。
駐車場は少しだけ遠いですが、止められます。
部屋は小さいですが、寝るなら十分ですし
奄美大島らしいといえばらしいです。
