There are various pickles on the plate, so you can choose whichever you like. The appetizer is mozuku tempura with roselle salt. The view from the restaurant is also nice. The hotel also has an art museum of Oshima Tsumugi, which is worth a visit. I heard that the Oshima Tsumugi factory across the street is doing it, and I was able to observe it very carefully. There is a small exhibition room of Oshima Tsumugi on the 2nd floor of the hotel because the management body is a company of Oshima Tsumugi, and I was able to see it with a commentary from the hotel, but it was enough to see. In particular, Oshima Tsumugi presented by Emperor Showa was called "Ho".
