1月末に訪問。海が近くてプールもあり南国のリゾートホテルという雰囲気。部屋は広くていいが寒い時期だったので広々している分、逆に寒かった。施設や風呂シャワーなどの設備も年季を感じさせるが訪れる時期によって受ける印象は変わると思う。
朝食付きにしたが和(焼き魚や煮物、*焼き)洋(サラダやハム)などのセットでどれも出来立てで美味しく、パンやドリンクはセルフで食べられてボリュームもありとても良かった。

他の方も書かれている通り施設は年期が入っており、奄美全体的に新しい建物はあまりなさそうな、昔のアジアっぽい雰囲気です。オフロが新しめで安心しました。外廊下にカナブンがたくさんいます。朝クワガタもたくさんいたので虫好きな我が家は大喜びでした。
コロナ禍後、円安、自然遺産に登録と言う事でニュース報道通りの働き手不足をどこに行っても感じました。そんな中でも従業員の皆様は優しくて、事前に問い合わせした時も丁寧に対応していただき、素泊まりプランでしたが、前日に予約すれば朝も夜も食事を頂けたのもとても助かりました。結局毎晩夜ごはんをお世話になりご飯味噌汁のセットにこどもはお世話になりました。プールは大きい方が１メートル位の水深。こども達は毎日どこかの隙間時間で遊び、夜も8時まで楽しんでいました。
洗濯機と乾燥機が各100円で利用でき、洗剤もフロントで販売しているようです。ベランダで使える洗濯紐も貸して貰えます。
トータル的に我が家は大変気に入りまた奄美大島を大好きになった１つの理由です。暖かい時間をありがとうございました。

最初の電話の対応から、とても親切で、奄美空港まで無料で送迎していただきました。滞在時期的にお客さんが少なかったこともあり、ご好意で景色のいい部屋に変えていただいたり、名前を覚えてくださってもてなしていただいたりと、今まで泊まってきたどのホテルよりホスピタリティを感じた場所でした。また土盛海岸が目の前なので、パジャマで朝日を見に行ける距離です。ホテルの対応も、ロケーションも、この上なく最高でした。奄美を訪れる時には、是非リピートしたいホテルです。本当にありがとうございました。

窓からは綺麗な海、そして朝焼け
夕焼けが見れて感動しました。
郷土料理の数々(カンパチの刺身、豚軟骨の煮こみ、ゴーヤの天ぷら、班玉ご飯、どれも全部すごく美味しかった)
奄美空港から車で5分、歩くと40分。電話するとホテルの方が車でお迎えに
来てくれます。スタッフの方々
とても感じが良くて、また奄美大島に
行く時には絶対利用します。
大ファンになりました。

足が悪く車椅子で行きました。
更に今回は予想外の腕の骨折！
同行者と別の部屋で過ごす予定でしたが、何も一人では出来ない状態だったのでバリアフリールームをお願いしていました。
シャワーチェアも用意してくださいました。
チェックインの時に家族の部屋を隣にとってくれていましたが見せていただき、両方の部屋を使って良いですよ！とのこと！
元々、ツインを二部屋予約していました。
変更してくださった広い部屋にはソファもあり、お茶をするのにも楽でした。
部屋の中は土足ではないので足も楽です。
食堂も２箇所で朝食でしたが、階段を使わなくて良い通路を案内してくださいました、
部屋からはきれいな海とホテルの庭、プール等が見えて景色も最高でした。
夕食も美味しかったです！
