Très très bon hôtel. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Très bien situé, parking sous terrain sous l’Hôtel. Proche des restaurants et du centre ville, de la cathédrale. Chambre spacieuse et l’hôtel est très propre. Petit déjeuner très correct,il y en a pour tous les gouts. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. A refaire :)

Vanuit de parkeergarage die vrij slecht onderhouden is kan je binnendoor het hotel in. Per nacht zijn de parkeerkaarten maar 9 euro. De kamer is erg warm, airco slecht te. bedienen en slaat steeds uit. Tot overmaat van ramp hebben ze waterbesparende douchekoppen die zo weinig water geven dat je de shampoo niet uit je haar krijgt. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk Ontbijt is matig. Koude eieren. Weinig brood en fruit uit blik. Helaas veel lawaai vanuit de straat.

Lors de mon séjour à Amiens, pour la découverte du marché de Noël et de la cathédrale Notre-Dame.
Pas d’eau chaude !!! Le personnel est bien au courant, car il semblerait que 2 chaudières soient défectueuses. Donc pas assez d’eau chaude pour les clients. Mais aucune information n’a été donné lors de mon arrivée. Ça été la douche froide pour ma petite fille et moi. Décevant du manque de communication à mon arrivée. J’aurais bien évidemment changé d’établissement au prix de la chambre !
Et pas de dédommagement ni de geste en retour. À fuir !!!!
