"The lady on check in was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. But as the website said booking a car parking space was not possible we arrived to find it full. This resulted in a wasted 45 minutes, after already driving for 7 hours, trying to find somewhere nearby to park. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and the toilet door lock was painted shut. Also there was no kettle in the room and because the hotel was full, we were told that there was no way we could be given one."

"Het hotel ligt echt op een mooie locatie in Amiens. Alles is op loop afstand te bezichtigen. De kamers zijn goed verzorgd en ruim. Met een 2 persoons bed en een slaapbank. De badkamer was een aangename verrassing met een aparte douche en bad. Het ontbijt buffet heeft voldoende keuzes voor iedereen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Aan de kinderen word ook gedacht met een leuk verrassingstasje! Als de parkeergarage van het hotel vol geboekt is is er gelukkig op enkele minuten een goede goedkope beveiligde parkeerplaats te vinden."

"On est très déçu de cette hôtel. La femme a l'accueil elle nous a demandé de jeter les poubelles avant de partir, sinon elle nous rend pas la caution. Aucun hôtel demande ça. Nettoyer la chambre vider les poubelles c'est le travaille de la femme de chambre."
