For our purpose, this hotel was fine. People were nice. We liked the location, We the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant. We had issue with water dripping from one of the showers into the bedroom turning it into a flooded room. We had it cleaned twice, a very nice man. But seems he did not convey the issue to the management to fix it. The other shower head was broken too. As the result we had to check out after 4 nights.

I was a tourist from the US. This hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. I needed to add an extra night to my stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the staff workers, Nabil, was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were big comfortable and the price was great. They offered transportation services as well if need be.

Tb situé. Quartier calme et personnel très aimable. Facilités pour louer 1 voiture sur place. Nabi et Mustafa à la réception parlent très bien anglais. Et vous êtes dans tous les transports nécessaires dans la capitale et vers l'aéroport.

Well located hotel with apar**ent style with kitchenette with free water.. the apar**ent clean and the WiFi is strong, nice staff and good breakfast in the roof top with nice view to Amman city, we ordered food from near by restaurant , there are many cafes around.

Hotel bien place surtout si vous êtes en voiture. Les chambres / appartements sont spacieux pratoque lorsqu on est en famille. L hotel dispose d une piscine extérieure ce qui est très agréable avec les chaleurs du mois d août. Le plus de l hotel est son personnel très attentionné. Je recommande

Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits, le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins que ce soit à la réception et au petit déjeuner (mention spéciale pour Ali et Le cuisinier). Les chambres sont bien équipées et spacieuses, coin cuisine… Le parking est très pratique si vous venez par vos propres moyens et gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est salé composé d’œufs, crudités, fromage pain… et sucré avec des pancakes au sirop ! Bon et copieux ! Le centre est accessible à pied à environ 20-25min pour la ville basse. Mauvaise connexion wifi. Piscine non testée car mois de mars. Bon rapport qualité/prix tout de même.

Well priced and all in all an easy stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and will do what they can to make sure you enjoy your time here. Stopped off here for one night when we first arrived and would definitely recommend. Parking available outside the hotel and in the basement car park.

The hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apar**ent that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apar**ent is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

J'ai fait un deuxième séjour dans ce petit hôtel. Cette fois-ci je dois dire ce qui s'est passe. J'ai réservé a l'arrive pour 3 nuits. Le soir de la première nuit un incident de sante est arrive à mon ami qui me guidait pour ce voyage. Toute ma logistique est tombe a l'eau, et j'ai du décider de repartir des que possible donc de reprendre des billets d'avion, donc des frais importants supplémentaires. . . Le lendemain matin, j'ai quitte l'hôtel, bien évidemment avec un sentiment de panique/tristesse pour mon guide qui était a l'hôpital.. A 6 heures du matin, j'ai eu un café dans un gobelet en carton... (Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix.)A mon retour, j'ai demande un remboursement par mail, pour les 2 nuits non passees. Ils m'ont téléphoné pour insinuer que j'avais laisse la balance pour les pourboires de personnel. Quoi que j'ai pu dire, Si je demande le remboursement, ils auraient du me le faire sans discuter. Apres avoir entendu leur pleurs, j'ai lâché prise. De plus, cette fois-ci j'ai trouve que la literie n'étais pas net. Quelqu'un avait déjà utilise les draps/taie d'oreiller.... j'ai été dans leur réserve (prés de ma chambre), pour prendre du linge propre. Je n'y retournerai plus.
