"I know this hotel may need an update, but to us, it was just perfect. The rooms are huge. We had 324 at the back, so we were away from the traffic noise at the front, but the bin wagon woke us of a night. The breakfast choice is huge with every taste catered for. The staff throughout the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is joined to The Regency so you can use all their facilities. The rooftop pool was just amazing, plus it had a 360° view around the city. Trader Vic's is also on site, which is a must try. Drinks can be expensive, but that is normal throughout Amman. There is also an indoor pool and gym that looked well equipped. All in all, we loved the hotel, and although a lot of the attractions are a good walk, up to an hour away, which we did. we found the area perfect for us. There is a hotel based taxi service as well, which we did use as well as other companies. "

"The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovations. It's not that bad for a short stay. The only thing that really bothered me is the music sounds that kep pumping till morning from the next building club (disco). It was so bad that I had to call reception around 3:30AM. The reception manager was very apologetic and tried to help as much as he could, but it's not in his hand. He offered me a different room but it was already nearly 4AM and there was no point to move all my stuff to another room that will also be the same or slightly better. Other than the noise it was not bad, but definitely not worth the price. In my long experience of rating hotels and apartments, I'd give this place a 5/10. I don't thing I'll book there again unless the noise issue is fixed."

"I just spent 6 nights at the Bristol Hotel. I go to Amman perhaps a couple of times a year and have stayed before at the nearby Sheraton, the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton. I chose to go to the Bristol Hotel because (a) they were very accommodating when we had a short conference there, and (b) they offer a very good price. I recommend them and I’ll go back. I had a big room (a junior suite). It is very clean. There is no nightclub, so there is no throbbing noise late into the night. Breakfast is included and there is a huge choice. At lunch they serve a most generous 3-course buffet for 20JD as well as having menu options. The front desk was very helpful, and I’d especially commend Mariamne and Tareq. The hotel took a personal interest in me. I felt safe. It’s very central."

His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference, and I really appreciate the time and effort he gave us. I also want thank the restaurant staff for their friendly and smiley faces when they met the guests. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.
