Good place to stay Reasonable price but need to ask for any help

I recently stayed at the Toledo Hotel in Amman. I was part of an Intrapid Tour through Jordan. I stayed at the hotel both at the start and end of the tour as well as extending my stay for 2 nights to explore Amman. The hotel is a four star hotel conveniently located near  local destinations by walking or a short taxi ride. Mohamad was the Guest Relations Officer who I met upon my arrival. He assisted me on check-in and ensured a smooth arrival.  Mohammad was very personable and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what to 'see and do' in Amman.  Throughout my stay Mohammad touched base with me whenever we crossed paths. He remembered my name and ensured I was satisfied with not only my stay but my experience in Jordan.  I am very appreciative of the great experience I had in Amman, which through Mohammad's great rapport and exceptional customer service, made me feel welcomed and like i was a local.  My stay at the Toledo Hotel exceeded my expectations.

Great place to stay, staff was always friendly and helpful

We stayed here one night before our Intrepid tour and two nights afterwards. This is a really clean and nice hotel. We liked the decor and decoration of this hotel - it felt authentic. The night before the tour, we had a room on the 5th floor facing the parking lot and mosque. It was a bit small, and the call to prayer woke us up early in the morning, so we asked for a different room for the two nights after the tour. That room was on the 1st floor facing inwards and was very quiet. This room was quite spacious and appeared to have been remodeled. We had a little sitting area with a table. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. But what we liked the best is the room service we ordered the last two nights for dinner. It came quickly (within 20 minutes) and was absolutely delicious. And very affordable!!
