This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Amman. Because it is situated on a pedestrian-only street that fills up with restaurant outdoor seating, it can be a bit tricky to find at first. If you prefer a perfectly quiet night, keep in mind that this area is quite lively. On the plus side, you are surrounded by tons of shops and famous local spots like Hashem Restaurant and Habibah Sweets. Major attractions like the Roman Theatre and the Citadel are also within walking distance. The room was really nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the AC blasted cold air, which was a lifesaver after walking around in the heat all day. I booked a room with a balcony, but honestly, it’s not worth the upgrade. There isn't much of a view because of a tall building directly across the narrow street, so you can only really see the street directly below. The bathroom came stocked with amenities like soap, shower gel, and shampoo, and the shower panel had great water options. However, the design could be improved: the half-glass shower wall didn't do a good job of containing the water, so the bathroom floor got completely soaked every time I showered. If you are looking for a hotel right in the city center offered at a really good price, this place is definitely worth it!

Since my mother was sick during our stay, Yusra kept checking up on her and helped us with genuine care and professionalism. My favorite stay in Amman! Quiet area, wonderful staff, but a bit tricky to find. I discovered this place through a travel blog where a family highly recommended it for its location, price, and friendliness, so I decided to book my first two nights in Jordan here. Out of all the places I visited, this was my favorite place to stay in Amman! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet it is incredibly convenient with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Finding the place: It can be a bit difficult to locate at first because there is no sign with the property's name on the door. I ended up finding a restaurant with the same name nearby, and the staff there kindly directed me where to go. Service & Amenities: The reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in was fast, and they even have a water refill station, so make sure to bring your own reusable bottle! The host suggested some great local dining options, including Jordan Heritage Restaurant, where I ended up having a fantastic dinner. The Space: My room was on the second floor (note: there is no elevator/lift). The apartment features a spacious common seating area and a kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom right next to my room. While the room itself is basic, it was clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of natural light. They provide only one towel, and body wash is available in the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic, budget-friendly choice that I highly recommend!

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Almond Hotel and Apartments in Amman, Jordan, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and modernity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a convenient stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's serene ambiance. Despite being centrally located, it offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The on-site facilities, including the pool and garden area, were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Amman's major attractions and dining options. The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.

This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

Service is fantastic. The gentleman at reception was very patient and well-knowledged about Petra and Wadi rum and suggested what I should do. The bed is absolutely soooo comfortable. Location wise- it's not in the busy cafe areas but if you love shopping then this is the hotel for you!
