Cleanliness was very humble. Supply of soap, shower gel, tea, coffee was done after 2 to 3 calls. Needs a lot of maintenance (The door was broken, the bed cover was ripped, one light and AC socket was not working) . The iron plus the iron table were very dirty and disgusting..
The only good thing is the reception staff.
I really wonder how it was rated 8 plus ??? I wouldn't give more than 2 /10

Rooms facing the road can be noisy at night, but rooms facing the road were comfortable. The staff were very kind.

The hotel has a decent location with quite a few cafes and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a restaurant and bar too.
We stayed here for two separate nights to help facilitate our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum and booked a twin beds room on one occasion and the superior double room. It was worth spending a bit more for the superior room because it had a separate living room area, had a larger bed, and a bigger shower. Both rooms had a mini fridge and some snacks available that were fairly priced.
We were thankful that the bar closed at a decent hour so the room would be quiet but we found the beds were not that comfortable.
There are some items that could be improved but we felt we had a decent stay as it was just a place to sleep.
