The Ritz-Carlton, Amman

Good service

I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

The hotel is nice and modern . However, staffs are very nice and shows the hospitality of Jordan. Special thanks for Bayan & Basel. Many thanks for everything. Atmosphere, great staffs , service and location I really enjoyed I tried the coffee , next time will try the satay and food

Absolutely, acknowledging the exceptional service provided by The Legends staff, as well as their manager, Mr. Fairs, is a fantastic way to express gratitude. Even during busy times, they maintain excellent service standards, which is truly commendable.

Let me start saying all my experiences nice and comfortable But I would like to highlight the staf services they are super nice and respectful witch pushed me to asking their names with the plan to give my positive feedback on them Start with HYRAA super nice well commented person with the guest And she will do the extra mile she this all about the confirtibily for the guest 100/100 Super star with her tem staf Wesam Chef Aya Kaf And the rest to the team The gym and the massage services plus indoor pool are super clean and fantastic I.loved my experience with the ritz Carleton amman Will recommend it and will visit again

Stayed a couple nights at the hotel, overall the experience was stupendous. The staff treated us like majesty. We got a room upgrade to a premier room on an elevated floor. We were even escorted to the room and given a tour of the features of this “smart room” as they call it. My favourite was the self opening curtains, which gave into a balcony with a beautiful view of Amman. The sunrise was jaw dropping. The bathroom was entirely marble and had probably the nicest shower I’ve ever seen. The room was very clean and the bed was a cloud. We had breakfast served to the room to watch the Chinese Grand Prix in the room as the sports bar (Legends) that might have played it on TV, was closed at 10 am. Do not regret it a single bit, we were promptly served a variety of breakfast foods from traditional shakshuka to delicious croissants alongside some of the best jam ever. We also had the chance to visit the Legends lounge later in the day and try out their F1 simulator which was fantastic and a very proper set up. The hotel overall is beautiful and filled with expensive looking decorations. The staff went above and beyond, we were consistently asked how the stay was and if anything needed attention. We also used their indoor swimming pool and they brought a lifeguard and a cleaning person just for us, as we were the only ones using this facility at the time. The workers a would come over for a sensible chat from time to time, which was well received and felt like that extra touch of care. Thank you Ibrahim! My wife had a massage done at the spa and she came back a different person so I’m assuming they did a good job. Kiki was her massage therapist. The complimentary valet was also a great addition. Thank you Ritz Carlton Amman for going above and beyond!
