I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

A very nice property in a great area of the city. Very clean and well appointed public areas and rooms. The outdoor pool was not open however, the indoor pool and spa/gym were very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Also enjoyed cocktails in the bar which was very nice. The staff were very professional and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend this property. The concierge took extra time to help us with some flights, and was extremely pleasant.

Spa service was really fantastic. Staff were beyond helpful and caring. All the stress faded after my visit. I would definitely come back ! Location was convenient. Parking service provided. Very professional staff at the reception. Always smiling and give attention to all costumers . Great experience

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was amazing. The hotel is situated in a nice area, and its exterior and interior exude beauty and elegance. Concierge provided fantastic restaurant suggestions, leading us to savor delicious Mansaf and Kunafa during our Jordanian adventure. The reception team is incredible with their professionalism and warmth. Olea, the very delicious breakfast restaurant, boasts a very polite and attentive staff, always ready to assist. The spacious rooms offer a delightful view, complemented by the hotel's well-maintained spa facilities, including a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall, a truly luxurious and great experience.

We had a twin room with two king beds, lounge and table. Heaps of space, great view, the bathroom was a pleasure to be in and overall the room was a lovely oasis from the city. For some reason the hotel thought our booking was for a couple (I was traveling with my elderly mother) so it was a little awkward on arrival when I insisted on two beds in the room but the staff sorted it quickly. The only thing I would note for other travelers is that the breakfast provided is very local with a small selection of western food. If you're with a fussy eater it might be a bit hard.

we went to the foyer lounge at the four seasons, and sat for wine and cheese, and were surprised that the cheese platter was very average compared to other very mediocre bars, we requested to have blue cheese in our cheese platter, and were also surprised that they have none at the hotel. The supervisor didn’t have a smiling and welcoming face, but showed extreme tiredness, and acted as if he didn’t want to be here. Overall very average experience, for the money paid.

This hotel is an oasis in a busy city. The rooms are lovely and relaxing, the windows open too for some fresh air. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. It is not in the downtown area, so you will need a taxi or Uber to get to any sites, restaurants etc, but you may enjoy being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. The views over the white city are lovely.
