Stayed here as part of a tour accommodation. staff are helpful. We hd their breakfast and dinner buffet. Food is a hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes just okay, but would definitely make you through the day till you can have your lunch somewhere. A bit far from the center, would need a taxi to go there. Some things in room like phone would benefit an upgrade.

Very tired. Almost everything in the bathroom was broken. Pillows were hideous, uncomfortable, lumpy. Breakfast was very limited and not tasty, the pastries were like bricks and the toaster didn't work. Loud music until late due to a wedding function. Location is a decent taxi ride to town. Room was clean. Wifi was good. Would definitely not stay again.

L'hotel è centrale,pulito e le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli.La vera differenza la fa il personale che è veramente gentile e disponibile. Non esitate a chiedere in reception se volete un taxi,un consiglio o l'indirizzo di un ristorante. Noi abbiamo avuto una piccola emergenza che è stata prontamente risolta da Osama della reception.Gentilssimo e professionale. Grazie da Viviana.

Relatively new structure in the modern area of Amman. Very large room. Very clean room and bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi available in the room and in the common areas. Safe and fridge (with freezer compartment) available. Kind and attentive staff. Very abundant English/continental buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Swimming pool not used. Very good quality/price ratio.

Dans le cadre d'un séjour de 3 nuits, nous avons résidé dans cet hôtel. La restauration est correct et variée tant cause petit déjeuner qu'au dîner. En se qui concerne l'hôtel, l'établissement ne mérite pas les étoiles qui lui sont attribuées. Nous avons découvert des cheveux sur le bord de la douche en arrivant ;ils y étaient encore lors de notre départ. La fuite aux wc signalée n'a pas été réparée (dans un pays qui manque d'eau, c'est un comble..) La piscine et ses abords sont mal entretenus.on n'a pas envie d'y faire un plongeon.

Don't go there on the weekend. The space is rented for parties until the middle of the night. It is impossible to sleep. You have to wait until the end of the party. If you want a room to sleep, it is not the good one. And the reception doesn't care at all. They make money with parties.

Ottima accoglienza all'AmmanWest. Grazie alla gentilezza e ai suggerimenti di Ahmed Arori del ristorante dell'hotel che ci ha accolto per la cena anche a tarda ora. L'hotel è in una bellissima zona residenziale della capitale. Consigliato.

Catastrophique : douche sale et cassée, serviettes qui sentent le renfermé et de grosses coulées de sang sous le lavabo. J ai failli faire un arrêt cardiaque quand j ai vu l'interieur de la bouilloire en voulant me faire un café : moisissures, mousses vertes et blanches. On croirait une mauvaise blague tellement c est du jamais vu. Ils m'ont changé la bouilloire sans même être gênés. De même, prises scotchées. Impossible que ça soit un 4 étoiles, même au fin fond de l'Inde ou de la Somalie un hôtel sans étoile fait mieux. Le repas du soir était bien mais l'accès à la piscine interdit car fête privée.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 4 notti, ci siamo trovati bene per quanto riguarda cena (qualche sera a buffet e qualche sera fisso), colazioni abbondanti e varie e camere con letto comodo e bagno pulito. Purtroppo l'hotel è location di eventi serali come matrimoni.
