The hotel is in a good location, modern, clean and very big.
The staff is not well trained for a 5 star hotel!
Errors also when making payments in the pool if someone orders something, because there are other prices in the menu and when the bill comes other prices!
There is also auto valet but no possibility for the guest to park his car himself.

Very nice hotel located on the 3rd circle in Amman. The Regency Club was currently being housed in the first floor restaurant but the staff had a section devoted to Club guests in the evening and provided great service. During the day, you could get drinks from the staff as well. The food was very good both in the Club and in the restaurants and the rooms were quite comfortable. The staff were quite helpful and were willing to answer any questions and give advice on areas to walk to, etc.

The rooms are very well mantained and clean The staff is always available and happy to help . The conference rooms were on point, exactly how we asked for it and always flexible to personalize it according to our activity. It was a pleasure to choose the Grand Hyatt hotel as our partener for our activity and we will definatly have much more future collaborations
