My stay was a mix bag. Food was boring, lacked variety and vegetarian/vegan options. The same food, including dessert was served on a daily basis. Service was not consistent across the hotel. in some cases, I experienced rude, disrespectful, impolite, callous and unprofessional staff during my stay. The level of service needs to improve. The staff who made my stay memorable are: Maha (exceptional service) at the lounge, Mohammed (Front Office Manager), Chef Ehab, Mariya (wait staff at Spice restaurant A shift and Sara (Operator). House keeping staff opened/accessed my closet, something they shouldn't do. My black top (treasured piece) was picked/taken from my closet, something that has never happened in any hotel, through my extensive travels. My room had a good view.

It was a wonderful stay, and the reception staff were very helpful and courteous, Especially the receptionist Zaid, then the pool employees were very wonderful, and Miss Inaam provided us with five-star service. You were all wonderful. Thank you.

I booked a deluxe upgraded room and asked for higher floors to receive an average room at the 2nd floor while hotel is almost empty!! Terrible management and customer service
