Disappointing stay
The public facilities in the hotel are perfect, but there are many problems in other aspects.
Room
1) The bed is too soft, and the whole person is sunk in the bed.
2) The air conditioner is still very cold when the temperature is adjusted to the highest (28 degrees), and the room will be very hot when the air conditioner is turned off.
3) The bath water is not very hot when it reaches the highest point.
4) The bathtub is not cleaned, and you can see a layer of oil floating on the water after putting the water in.
Poor service.
1) I called for toiletries, but I didn't deliver it after waiting for 20 minutes.
2) The waiter in the breakfast restaurant ignored the guests. They sat down for five minutes. Several waiters walked by and looked at each other, but no one came to ask if they needed water or order.
The choice of breakfast is very limited and not tasty.

Good hotel. Great location and nice stuff. Room is nice and big. Good gym breakfast nice. ( nothing special). Nice pool and good food. Sadly my AirPods vanished from my room and didn’t see any action from the hotel. As a frequent traveller never had this before and I was expecting a big more from the management. I’m not gonna blame anyone but it’s not nice lose something while you are in a trip. Special when is one of the personal belongs. If wasn’t that I would definitely return but after this situation I will never again.

The Zenith bar on the 17th floor gives a superb vertiginous view of amazing Amman - the cocktails are great and Abdallh served us perfectly. This is a friendly and sophisticated spot to while away a Jordanian evening with friends. Totally recommend the first class mocktails and cocktails.
