Service is very slow and the room was not clean we had to wait over 2 hours for the room

Our flight was prevented from landing by over three hours due to fog. When we checked in we were made to feel it was our fault that the taxi driver had a long wait and then gave up. Since we had been asked for our flight number we had assumed they would be keeping an eye on the flight and we had no way of making contact while on the plane.
The receptionist was the opposite of welcoming and we were required to pay for the original taxi in addition to the one we used.
The hotel was fine but we will never stay there again and certainly don't recommend it due to the attitude of the reception staff
