Living on a high floor, when the wind is strong at night, the outside glass and the loud noise from the outside of the building can't sleep at all. The service feels deliberately indifferent, not up to the level that a five-star hotel should have. I just came back from Kempinski in the Dead Sea, and I feel that the service gap between the two is too great.

الفندق قل عن مستوى الخدمات السابقه وكذلك هناك تباطؤ شديد من الاستاف في تقديم الخدمات ومستوى النظافه تغير ونأمل الحرص على ان تكون الخدمات افضل من ذلك وان يكون كما عهدناه وكذلك يحتاج الى تغيير مفترش والحرص على نظافتها جميع ماذكر يشمل الغرف فقط اما بقية الفندق فلم يتم زيارته … كذلك يحتاج الى مراجعة الاسعار

Great view and great location. 1 min waling to the Boulevard which is like a great city walk full of coffee houses, restaurants, shops and common areas. Breakfast was amazing. cheese was a bit salty lol but honestly everything was very good.
