The hotel looks very nice, but the service is very pot. We had 3 people in our room but they would only allow two coffee cups and only allow an allowance of one bottle of water. I have vertigo so I requested a plastic chair for the shower. Sorry would not provide.

Olive tree hotel, amman. Very bad service, room service cleaning bath towel taken and not replaced. Called housekeeping, reception and concierge no response.

Hotel un po decentrato e non comodo per il centro di Amman, aspetto un po datato, con camere spaziose e comode, il bagno non presenta ancun appoggio quando si è in doccia. La qualità del sonno è buona ed il servizio alla hall molto disponibile, il buffet è un po carente nelle dosi e spesso ch si è trovati a fare i conti con quello che resta, la colazione è il risultato della sera prima. Si sono avuto più di un black out e nessuna lampada di emergenza funzionava nelle scale, con situazioni un po difficili in caso di pericolo. Direi che c'è moda migliorare soprattutto nel personale di sala e cucina.

The photos on Booking Sites do not match the condition of the rooms. Bell boy is very aggressive, it is all about the tips, and also has a master key for the rooms. opened my room for another guest, who was looking for me, without my consent or me being in the room. The dinner is the same items every day. breakfast is closed off around 8 am should you go after that time you have to ask for breakfast and the breakfast staff is not friendly. The front desk has some polite staff. The hotel is situated in an isolated area. Will not stay there again.

Never ever…. This is not worth a 4stars hotel maybe a two stars … so disappointed. I booked for three but I left after one night. I paid 85JOD (120$) for a night and it doesn’t worth at all. The hotel looks very fancy on the front but the room is old and #smelling bad with a lot of cracks everywhere. Breakfast is very bad and I asked for eggs at 8.20AM but they did not have. No fruits, no expresso only what you see on the picture. I do not recommended at all….

It was me second stay in this hotel, every thing was clean ,the rooms were perfect, the employees were so helpful, they helped with some private problems.Thanks to all of them, for sure i will be back .

The check in was very smooth and pleasant employees. The room was very clean, tidy, and space wise above average city hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, smiling, and pleasant.

Nous avons été surclassé... heureusement... très grande chambre propre mais vétuste, avec une très petite salle de bain; Mobilier abimés voir cassés, mais literie confortable. le problème principal est la qualité de la nourriture... à éviter. Pire petit dej jamais vu... pas de jus de fruit ( uniquement un espèce de sirop ultra sucré), dans une salle où il n'ouvre pas les fenêtres... le café franchement minable servi dans une tasse jetable!!! Personnel assez sympa mais à éviter!
