A good value for money, perfect location with lots of dinning options around, easy availability of taxi , great staff, A special thanks to the Gentleman at the reception to have arranged a very hearty breakfast. Clean rooms . Two Hotel Restaurants too .

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Quiet hotel, very helpful staff, good value, comfiest bed, great shower and had a great sleep. Easy access by taxi to the main areas and airport and also had some lovely shops around including a mall and Carrefour!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.

The service was exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful with navigating the area. We don’t know much Arabic, but they were great with English and also helping with interpreting. However the hotel needs some maintenance (water temperature was variable, water pressure was OK, some lights were hanging out of the ceiling in hallway, sink plug not working, etc). All small things and possibly due to low visitors with COVID. The big important things all worked well (bed, air conditioning, etc.). Did see maintenance crews around that appeared to be working on fixing the place up.

The staff is top notch and very helpful and friendly. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive remodel and the rooms are very nice. I enjoyed my stay here. Basil at the front desk always made sure I had a pleasant day.

Liked · in a quiet part of Amman, taxi to downtown about 3-4 JD. Ideal for recuperating after a sleepless night on the plane. Nice room, quiet, clean, coffee and tea available. Very friendly staff. Disliked · Perhaps due to the day after the national holiday, the restaurant was closed, we had ordered breakfast the day before, but the next day nothing was ready. Nevertheless the receptionist did his best to order us a snack in a nearby restaurant, long wait, he offered it to us for free, but we had to leave...

Their reservations and checkin hostess Eman is an absolute star and is so courteous and helpful. She is a huge asset to the hotel and is one reason I choose to return again and again.
