Gym’s closed (a nice gym too), nothing stated on website closed probably for the next month maybe longer at least. Book elsewhere for a longer stay, if you plan to use it as none of it will be available. Here for a week visiting my niece, booked because of the nice gym and I can still train for my marathon in 3 weeks and stay in shape for another IRONMAN Triathlon. Hotel was recommended, don’t know the Amman standard but rooms are decent, and staff is polite, generous and friendly other than not working with me (manager) to use a single treadmill as I’ve been told it’s not safe to run here . Thanks Sadeen Hotel, it’s great throwing months of training out the window because you think someone needs to be down there and watch me workout. Poor excuse, as a frequent traveler this is unnecessary and rarely ever seen that’s why there’s cameras which you have. Maybe update this review at the end of the stay but for now it stays.

Horrible experience. Our shower broke and started to leak as soon as we touched it. Toilet smelt. The food is allways cold and stale. Staff just ignores you, does not speak english. Only the lady at the reception was helpful. It's noisy at night.

La chambre est grande avec un petit salon, rien à dire sur la propreté, frigo et coffre fort. Le petit déjeuner correspond plus à ceux qui aiment manger du salé car il y a du choix, par contre pour les autres, c'est plus difficile car le pain de mie est congelé et il n’y a pas grand chose, il manque des fruits. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très sympathique et souriant.

The Sadeen Hotel is located about 30 minutes drive from the city. There are no tourist attractions close by so travelers need to have their own transport arrangements. We arrived early and were appreciative of early access to our room. The rooms are generous in size, with a separate lounge area with tasteful decor. The mattress was a bit worn and lumpy, but still reasonably comfortable. The rooms have a bar fridge and safe. The airconditioning is rather cold (we had to set the temperature to 30). There is a window in each room that can be opened, however, we found the noise from the street too loud to leave it open at night. The only real disappointment was the restaurant. The food was dreadful. The buffet dinner was cold. The heaters had not been lit under the food. The pasta had congealed and the chicken was so dry I could not get my knife into it. Breakfast was no better. There was no fruit or cereal and no eggs on the second day. The one slice toaster took 4 rounds to cook the frozen bread. A better option is to purchase something from the Safeway store across the street. There is also a pizza store opposite the hotel where staff were particularly helpful. The hotel seems to cater for a number of tour groups.

Awful place, in many ways. It's a long way from anywhere you want to go. Only positive was the room was clean & comfortable. After a very long journey from Aqaba, we wanted a cold drink or coffee. The hotel was truly dry - neither was available. There is no bar/café, or room service. We went out to look for a café, but had to make do with buying cold drinks from a supermarket We were Half Board, but when we entered the restaurant we were greeted with surprise & were eventually presented with a plate of food that was chicken like cardboard & barely cooked, tepid vegetables. No starter, & I had to wave a spoon at the waiter to ask for pudding. Glad it was only one night.

Very good experience, great staff and delicious food, best experience ever, the room service is great and the room is so clean, really really worth it, the staff is very welcoming and professional, in general one of the best hotels overall.

Hôtel assez récent, avec de belles chambres et une très bonne literie, malheureusement excentré du cœur de la ville, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour. Le service et le personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur, manque total de professionnalisme. On a assisté à des moment gênant où les employés se fâchent entre eux ou encore nous pressent à partir de la salle de repas alors qu'il restait encore plein de places assises. Le buffet n'est pas a la hauteur non plus. Pour le repas du soir, beaucoup de plats en sauce sans intérêt avec du riz, des crudités et du houmous. Pour le petit déjeuner, les restes du soir j'imagine, avec les mêmes crudités le houmous etc, on trouvera seulement en plus du pain de mie de mauvaise qualité avec quelques confitures. On regrettera l'absence de fruit frais également.

Hotel en un extremo de Amman, en una calle muy concurrida, con comercios alrededor. Para ir al centro debes tomar un taxi, paciencia y más de media hora. Las habitaciones son decentes, con aire acondicionado, wifi (que funciona regular), y nevera. Las camas son cómodas y el baño está equipado. El restaurante tipo buffet, es lo peor. El servicio es pésimo (los camareros están más hablando que limpiando mesas para que se pueda uno sentar) y la comida de la cena mediocre. El desayuno tampoco es nada especial. No hay fruta (y eso que dicen ser un cuatro estrellas), tienen un hormillo para hacer tortillas y son lentos para reponer lo que se acaba (y eso que no tiene excesiva variedad). El tema restauración muy decepcionante.
