good service, the first time we entered there was no wifi, and we told them and they gave us another room but the room smelled of cigarettes. We complained again and they exchanged our room for a nicer and cleaner one, near the mall and many restaurant areas.good

Bedsheets not clean. Other than that everything seems ok. Near to ampang point, and surrounded by eateries. Overall not too bad.

Its good to be here again. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The convenience store and Qbistro below is a bonus while the price is cheap. Will come here again ofcourse.
