Ampang Inn Hotel

My overall experience at the hotel was terrible. The cleanliness and room conditions were far below standard. First, the first room I was assigned was dated, poorly ventilated, and the air conditioner was an old model that didn't work properly. The room was filled with a pungent odor. The room was dusty, with noticeable dust on the ceiling, and the bedsheets were stained and looked unchanged, making it extremely unsanitary. There was even a purple cloth in the room that was extremely dirty and unclear as to its purpose, making it feel very uncomfortable. After requesting a room change, the second room was even worse than the first. The dust, poor ventilation, and strong odor were still the same issues, and the bedding was also unclean, making it completely unpleasant to stay in. The overall environment was not only unpleasant, but also made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of these issues, I ultimately decided not to continue my stay and instead temporarily moved to another hotel. What further disappointed me was that the front desk staff offered to apply for a refund through the app (informing me of a RM90 refund), but after applying through the app, they denied the refund. I drove from out of town to Kuala Lumpur hoping to rest and relax at your hotel, but the room's ambiance and unsanitary conditions left me feeling deeply disappointed. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I completely do not recommend your hotel to anyone else. I request that the platform/hotel reconsider my refund request and refund at least half of the room rate to compensate for the loss and inconvenience caused by the substandard accommodation.
