This is my worst experience with a hotel, dirty fresh towel, dirty sheets, poor room service, avoid at all cost. We checked in late night/early morning and made the mistake of booking the hotel without checking reviews, this is easily a waste of money and time, dont make the same mistake as us and avoid this hotel. I have attached the photo of a fresh towel, this should give you an idea about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Horrible, Filthy room. Furniture broken, Ac wire dangling, Unclean bedsheet, Water coming out of the bathroom into the room. Cleaning 👎. No intercom in the room. Tv did not function . Tariff included complimentary breakfast which was not given to us. The hotel staff didn't even bother to ask us for breakfast.

I visite the Golden Temple in Amritsar. So wanted a decent and affordable hotel for a night. I booked another hotel using *********** but I really could not find that hotel. The roads near the temple are crowded and a bit confusing. So found this gem and booked here instead. Very friendly staff. Even gave me a tour of the Wagah India-Pakistan boarder. Highly recommended.

Chor hai Puri ko puri team inki.. logo ka pura experience kharab dete h jaane ka.. never seen such rude Punjabis ever in my life .. my Suggestion dnt book the hotel .. they are too dirty .. be away from a guy with beard and wears over jacket .. na owner ko kuch padha .. I will give -100 to them ..

Horrible Hotel. Rooms are dirty, Washroom is dirty The bucket in the washroom doesn't seem to be cleaned for decades together. Furniture, door handles are broken, electrical wires hanging out, mini refrigerator is not cleaned, torn bedsheets, dirty and fully stained pillow covers. Water from the washroom flows into the room. Staff unhelpful. Our tariff included complimentary Breakfast. But we were not given any Breakfast for the 3 days that we stayed in this hotel from 1st December to 3rd December 2022. There is no intercom in the room. They didn't even provide us with a bottle of Drinking Water. Unpleasant stay at this Hotel. I wudnt refer this hotel to anyone. There are ***y Good Hotels there around Golden Temple. We were stuck as we had already prepaid online for our stay. Only good advantage is it's close proximity to Golden Temple.
