"Its pretty decent stay near all aminities. What I did not like is narrow entrances to room, toilet basin not having some space to keep personal toiletries. The stay was disturbed by the noise coming from next room for the whole night and day. It felt that rooms acoustic was such that the noise was multiplying . The aircon was not cooling enough and there was fixed control on wall. As soon I entered the service staff informed that they have upgraded my room which was appreciative too. He arranged a nice driver named Govind for sight seeing of Amritsar city. Based on driver behaviour I requested Amit to arrange the same driver Mr.Govind for dropping me at Katra Jammu. He dropped us at Katra on time. Mr.Amit is a nice person with good behaviour. This type of persons are required for the hotel Industry. All the staff are also nice specially in the hotel who serves food they are polite and nicely served the breakfast and dinner. Overall hotel is superb and they provide 25 percent discount for guest who stay on this hotel. I suggest to my friends also to stay in this hotel if they visit Amritsar. Thanks to all"

"Our stay at The Earth by Wyndham was a delightful experience, and I would particularly like to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Ram (General Manager) and his entire team for bringing new life to this beautiful historical property while preserving its heritage charm. While checking availability through the hotel app, I found that the required rooms were unavailable. However, after calling the hotel, I connected with Ishpreet, who went out of his way to assist us and arrange four rooms for our family. He made the booking process seamless, accommodated our requirements, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was his customer-centric approach. Given our late arrival, he personally called to discuss dinner options and arranged for freshly prepared meals to be kept ready even at 11:30 PM. He also collected our IDs in advance and completed much of the check-in formalities beforehand, making the arrival experience smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival, Pradeep and his team continued the excellent service by efficiently allocating the rooms and ensuring dinner was served promptly. The food prepared by the chefs was tasty, customized to our preferences, and greatly appreciated after a long journey. The property is centrally located, close to several historical landmarks, including the revered Golden Temple, as well as many well-known eateries and restaurants. It is also conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a charming colonial character and has been tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, with front and rear sit-out areas, high vintage-style ceilings, large washrooms, separate shower areas, and bathtubs. The overall design thoughtfully blends heritage aesthetics with modern comfort. There are a few areas that could benefit from attention. Some dampness was visible on certain room walls, which may be attributable to the age of the original structure. We also encountered a lizard in one of the rooms; however, the facility management team responded promptly and professionally, resolving the issue quickly and ensuring our comfort. Breakfast offered a good spread, and the staff were attentive to guests' requirements. The property also features a swimming pool, which appeared to be a favorite among families with children. A bar facility is expected to commence operations shortly. We were informed that an additional wing is under construction, which will significantly increase room inventory and further enhance the property's appeal. One feature we particularly appreciated was the ability to park our vehicles almost directly in front of the rooms. Given the expansive three-acre campus in the heart of the city, this added a great deal of convenience. The staff across all functions—including the restaurant, room service, security, housekeeping, and facility management—were courteous, responsive, and eager to help. Special thanks to Ishpreet, Pradeep, Abhishek, Vinay, Bhanita, and the chefs"
