As per the picture rooms are shown bigger but actually they are to small in size and distance mentioned by the hotel from golden temple is 200 meters but it's very far as i am senior citizen it was very difficult for me to commute there and most importantly location given in google map is also not correct. Please work on it and provide good assistance to everyone and should have correct information\so that everyone should enjoy there stay all spends there hard earn money

this is the worst hotel in my life that i ever used there is still WiFi and management said that its not working and in room bathroom shower is not working and request to change my room to use shower and they said that the other rooms also not have showers and after that the room TV😡 in tv there is not a single channel on there the tv is also use less to me and breakfast is also not good enough for me

Water supply not working and lift not working the lift stopped moving room service very bad overall wastage of money and dangerous time in lift

I booked this hotel as on urgent basis showed good rating and good place but hotel was located far from the golden temple with filthy street the receptionist handed even did not have courtesy to show us room and told us go and see urself when we entered the room there were hundreds of cockroach and smelly toilet and we did not take room as booking was non refundable we wasted our money
