I had really amazing experience in hotel.puri Palace Hotel was really good. Stop has really help and friendly and special. Thanks to owner. He was quite cooperative with us and everything was perfect.

Unsafe rooms, because the dressing glass is used as door to go and come from shaft. Any one can excess your rooms without any door key. Also seapage on walls, no proper working of ac and no cleanliness. No any availability of tooth brush, toothpaste. Even next day morning i de***d for water bottle for rooms that also will be charged.

- very bad smell in rooms. - water leakages in bathroom
- awful service, no one available for even serving tea, coffee.
