The suite room traditionally build are not upto the mark especially the bath area and toilet. The breakfast experience was way below expectation due to some lazy staff hired. The location of hotel is quite good as it is close to golden temple, railway stn and even airport. The housekeeping staff is good. The front desk team is good however due to poor room allocation I would rate them below average l.

Thanks for the wonderful assist Priyanka. We had a great time here. The food was delicious and the ambience was very neat and clean. Impressed by the service and the hospitality provided to us during our stay at Amritsar. Shall visit here again. Had a mesmerizing experience in the hotel. Our rooms were upgraded to suites without any expenses. Hotel staff was cooperative as we had 4 little kids with us. Specially thanks to Priyanka and Damini ma'am in the restaurant for fulfilling our kid's every needs. Must visit hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel regenta place , every staff member very helpful and friendly mr prabhdeepak singh really very good person and thanks to mr Singh, location was good railway station was near .

I stayed 3 times in 2 month with a family group rooms are very neat and clean good location bathroom ok clean all staff very nice especially thanks house keeping teem and prabhdeepak Singh comfortable stay overall all good and great food was delicious

The rooms are neat and clean. Food is good with lot of variety. Staff is humble and helpful. Recommended for family. The housekeeping and room service staff is also very fast and good with their work. -Damini, Priyanka, and MR bhola Dutta was good service
