Hotel PR Residency Amritsar

Please do not stay at this hotel! The pictures are not a reflection of what they promise. The establishment is dirty, old, in serious need of repair. My bed looked like it had just been made up from the previous guest, it wasn’t ironed or neat. There are tears in the bedding, it is also dirty. There is a lot of filth in the room. There is so much that is broken, a sofa that has a huge tear in it, broken table, broken fridge (which is listed as an amenity), broken glass between the two areas, broken table leg. I chose breakfast and was offered a limited option to eat in my room. Seems like there is no restaurant available. The toilet seat was broken and had an awful smell in the early hours of the morning. I arrived late and had to stay over night and left the next day. During this time there was a cigarette butt with ash on the floor outside my door and no one bothered to clean it up. Due to this, I left the hotel 5 days earlier. The hotel has refused to reimburse me on the basis of the above, despite their pictures not being an accurate reflection. During my time here, the electricity and WiFi continued to go on and off intermittently. The price to stay is similar to mid to high end hotels but it’s definitely not comparable. It’s old, worn down and in serious need of repair!

Good staff service is good food is also good and quality and quantity is good

Bathrooms are very bad. Room service is very low respnons. Breakfast qulatity is very poor. Overall very bad experience. Will never book for future.

Room was huge no doubt, but there was some issues, tv not working when i asked they said there is no set top box then they provide but it was not not charged, room service only if you call on there cell phone from your cellphone, some bugs in washroom, electrical switches are loosed

Rooms are neat and spacious. Food from the cafe at the ground level is pretty good; kulcha is a must try (served till 4am)

Worse than the worst location to stay. Electricity issue & poor service. Interior is also very bad ***** with other items.

I have mixed views. I was not satisfied with the hotel service. Hotel has mentioned false contact number. They have given me the room and ac controler was not working.
