1. Hotel was not having staff to handle things
2. Even though empty room was available, early check in was charged extra at hotel
3. Tv was not working
4. Hotel service is poor
5. Ordered food and it was outsourced through some other restaurant with extra charges had a bad experience at this hotel

Bedsheets were not changed for 4 days of our stay. Only 2 water bottles were provided for 4days of our stay. Rooms were not cleaned for the entire duration of the stay.

Dirty washroom, the hotel did not accept up i payemts f pr water although the water is complimentry they charged us and later they deny for up i payment for water and started shouting to pay in cash the reception guy was so rude. Being in hospitality business he did mot have ***ner to talk to guest.
