The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now.
I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception .
This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel

I paid a late check out fee of 50 euros, but I was kicked out of the room before 2pm. The waiter pushed against the door and forced you to leave. Extremely bad service

the pillows are basically cut in half, the mattress is like one you would have in a prison cell. so uncomfortable, no windows . which is hugely not nice . far from the central but you can grab a tram and then a train. the food you can order and they deliver to the hotel was nice !!! it was in the middle of no where though the hotel .

Nice place, very calm vibe, friendly staff and helpful, clean, bar has great drinks. Closed to nice airport. Apartment has a decent size, bathroom very nice and clean, bed very comfortable and quite, will be back

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment when we were in Amsterdam with our adult daughter. It was very spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient right at a tram stop and a few blocks from a big shopping center. No, it's not as convenient as staying in the city center, but it's so much more comfortable to have the large space at a reasonable price.

Very good location clean and nixe staff . Good sushi restaurant 2 min away, transport to Amsterdam center 2 min away , Shopping center 5 minutes.

Rooms are spacious. Staffs are very accomodating. The restaurant, Lucia, offers healthy variety of choice on their menu. The hotel is located strategically in a quiet neighborhood close to public transports access, other restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to Central Station, it is the best place to stay.
