"Clean room, but very dark. Room is still quite dark even after switching all the lights on. Functional kitchen to cook meals, would be great if they offer refills on the salt/pepper sachets or have a salt & pepper grinder for use especially for multiple day stayers. Close to the tram station and airport bus stop but location of hotel is a long ride to the central station. Nice garden view from the room."

"Although the hotel is about 40 minutes from the city center, it’s still very convenient thanks to the tram stop right outside and a nearby train station, making it easy to explore other areas as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even offers a free sauna – a really nice bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt this hotel offered great value for money."

"The room was very nice, clean. There was a very nice girl at the reception. But there were problems with the cleaners. On the first day at lunchtime, a cleaner burst into my room, although I was still asleep. It was very scary. On the second day, the same cleaner tried to enter the room again saying check-out, although there was still an hour before check-out. He was very angry and dissatisfied. He was a very unpleasant young man who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel."

"Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. First, the service attitude was not very good. I could feel that the front desk staff was perfunctory. Second, the TV cabinet in the room was half loose and looked like it was about to fall down. I called the staff and they said that a technician would come to repair it only on Monday. Third, the transportation was very inconvenient. You had to walk almost 2 kilometers to find a tram stop. The only thing that I thought was good was the gym."

The Hotel Station Amstelveen is an absolutely splendid boutique hotel. The proprietors are warm and super friendly, and their rooms are as welcoming and lovely. Fantastic price for what you get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"This was an amazing hotel – super clean and with spacious rooms! I initially thought the location might be a bit inconvenient since it's a little far from Amsterdam Centraal Station, but it turned out to be fine as I could easily get to the museum quarter and the station with just one tram. The surrounding area felt like a residential neighborhood, so it was very quiet, and I never heard any noise from other guests inside the hotel. I suppose the half-open shower might be a bit unusual for Japanese people, but I guess that's part of the charm of traveling in Europe! The staff were also very friendly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Amsterdam in the future!"

"This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. The hotel charged for tourist tax which is absolutely fine but the receptionist charged my hotel room again at the checkout while I had already prepaid on trip.com so they had to give refunds to me..."
