This hotel is recommended. It's actually an old building. I like the decoration style of the hotel very much. There are many porcelain elements and the service is great. The surrounding transportation and supermarkets are very convenient.

Nice hotel, good size room but unfortunately the bed is a little too hard. Damage. Breakfast is satisfying. The hotel is far from the center and the metro is far away, the tram is not right next door either.

This hotel was fine. Nothing special, and when we tried to make an appointment for the spa, nobody answered the phone or was at the reception desk. It’s also a fairly long walk from most “tourist” spots in Amsterdam. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely hotel complex. Check-in was a bit awkward but they "upgraded" me which was nice though I'm not sure if it really was one. Room was lovely and clean. The pool and saunas were so relaxing on a cold and rainy day. The breakfast was the true stand out - I'd come back just for that experience again.

Very nice building. We stayed in a bigger room so size was ok. Amenities are nice. It’s walk to everything, or a quick ride. Staff was very nice, has valet parking.

Ok hotel but not up to a 5-star standard in my opinion. Room was good, but restaurant and bar were closed. Plate at breakfast was dirty. Personnnel was helpful

Beautiful historic hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Buffet is amazing! 29eu but worth it. *Elevators were under repair when we were there so had to do a lot of steps. Staff was very nice and carried our bags to and from our room.

The rooms in the new section are spacious and modern, but the lighting is inadequate, and there is little surface space (such as desk or counter), just a small coffee table. Also, a bit off the beaten path for tourism, although there were some good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Riviera Restaurant.
