Not bad hotel. Good for the price. But nothing special. Very close to textile market. For my business trip it was the best deal.

It's the best hotel in Merter area. Room was clean , stuff was nice.

The hotel is not as expected. The room was not clean and had a smell. The bathroom was not clean either. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel environment is comfortable. The only problem is that the hotel staff saw that I was a foreigner and deliberately gave me a wrong room card, which wasted a lot of time. They went back to point out the problem before giving me a new room card.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The rooms are relatively large and cost-effective.

The location is quiet. It is a 25-minute taxi ride from Taksim Square. It's convenient because there's a kale outlet right in front. The room condition is very good. The room was cleaned every day, so I had a good rest for 7 days. There are several Ramada hotels in Istanbul, so when using a taxi, It's a good idea to show your room card.

The staff at the reception are extremely rude and unhelpful. The rooms were not very clean. There was a lot of noise around.

Some people at the front desk are unfriendly, but basically The service is good and the rooms are comfortable. However, there is no coin laundry and if you ask for laundry The problem was that it cost a lot. The pool was nice and the sauna was good too.
