Facilities are good even the case one stays for middle term. However, for my stay, unfortunately I couldn't stand the disgusting smell that lingered in the air. Need improvement !

Great location very close to the Asahibashi station. The hotel is old, and it wasn’t clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave, so you can purchase food at Lawson next to hotel and eat them in your room. The basic room is very small for two adults. The staff were very friendly.

The room they gave me was not cleaned. Then they changed my room.

Some livemax hotels are recent. This one is not one of them. But it will do as it's cheap and in a good location. Not my first choice, but nothing bad to say about it.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to Kokusai-dori. It is also close to the airport and subway station. It is very convenient. The front desk staff of the hotel is relatively positive in handling problems and has a good attitude. The Ctrip staff is also very good and helps to handle problems

The room was very small and dimly lit. And the most painful thing was that the smell of air freshener or deodorant stuck to the whole room and it was really painful. Furthermore, the faucet in the unit bath was dripping water, so when I tried to turn it off, it was so hard that it was impossible for a woman to turn it, so it ended up dripping in the middle of the night. As for the cleaning, there was hair on the chair...and something like mold. I have stayed at Livemax hotels in various places, and the others were just ordinary business hotels, but this one was really surprising.

The hotel is in a good location.. Not far from the train station from the airport.. That's all the advantages.. the rest is mediocre

I was surprisingly satisfied with the budget hotel Livemax. I didn't expect much from the facilities in the hotel room because of the low price. I didn't expect everything from slippers to pajamas, from water heaters to microwave ovens. It was clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio was very high. But please note that if you book a double room, there is only one bed. It is recommended to book a room for more cost-effectiveness. The transportation is convenient. Take the tram for 6 stops from the airport to Asahibashi Station. The tram ticket is 270 yen. Walk about 300 meters to the hotel. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a convenience store next to the hotel to buy breakfast. You can use Alipay. I will use it next time.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai-dori, so access to the downtown area is not bad. There is a convenience store nearby. It's in the 3,000 yen range, so I can't say too much, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who are concerned about hygiene. The room is humid and the smell is a concern. Also, you can see inside the air conditioner vent, and it was covered in mold. If you don't mind that, it's a very good value hotel.

The hotel is cheap and the environment is really good. It is next to the bus terminal and light rail, and there is a Lawson supermarket downstairs. There is a ramen shop across the road, and I originally lived in Matsuyama. The main saving is more than 100 per night, just walking a few hundred meters more to Kokusai Street. And they all have purifiers. There are really too many delicious foods in Okinawa. The price/performance ratio is also high, much cheaper than Sanya. Moreover, the sea water is so clean and beautiful, and there are not many people on the islands. Just wear sun protection.

The price and location were perfect, but the facilities were quite old. It felt like a business hotel from 20 years ago.

The room was a little small for a couple, but it was cheap so we decided to stay. It's close to Kokusai Street so you can go for a drink easily. There's a convenience store right next door so it was convenient.
