Just wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good wifi and great location. Also great rooms, each with a slightly different theme; clearly a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Great stay, thank you!

It was a lovely staying from the very beginning till the last minutes. Room is clean and spacious for the designated capacity of 4 people (our group has 3 members). Staffs are very helpful and friendly; some of them can speak English but others also tried their best to assist, so language is never a problem when you’re there. Laundry and drying is free, all the things you need are well prepared with care such as washing powder, softener, hanger… On the last day, we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time, so we asked if we could have it earlier but surpringly they offered a take-away meal, everything inside was good and essential. In addition to that, the hotel is located on a street filled with local food stalls and fruit merchants, we tried one each and so happy with what we got. Highly recommend!

very good location near the rivere where a lot of voffees and restaurants are located. The staff was very friendly, they gave me a bag of snacks at check in, then took me to the room after. The rooms are very nice, clean, no smell of cigarettes, nice picture on the wall. Good breakfast

Very comfortable and clean hotel with many nice touches - free goodie bag of treats and nightly noodles/ snacks in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located on a charming street with lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to metro. Modern, quiet and spacious room. We stayed in Chengdu before and this hotel was much better value for money. Good breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and homemade noodles. When we checked out they gave us a cute stuffed panda and key chain. We would return on our next trip to Chengdu! Thanks to Ms Qiu for her hospitality!

The service was great, very hospitable. The food was very good, buffet in the morning starting at 7:30am. The location was very central and I was able to access the rest of the city easily. Room was clean and when I arrived, there was a nice decoration on the bed and apples for me, a very nice touch.

Fantastic location and great value for the money. Staff are great, really happy and friendly. Will stay here whenever i visit Chengdu in the future.

The experience is super great! The front desk gave a very detailed introduction. Because we had to go out early the next day, they would prepare a simple meal. The housekeeping department would give us very detailed and thoughtful small gifts and cards. They would not disturb us but felt that they were very serious about our stay experience. The cleaning staff sometimes maintained the hygiene of the public areas very quietly and carefully until very late. The sister in the laundry room was very careful to help wash the clothes (it was very late when she sent them there). I really thank her very much! The rice noodles and soy milk in the restaurant tasted good, and they were really attentive! The whole family was very satisfied, and the favorability of Chengdu tourism was up! Then I talked about the cleanliness of the hotel, and the disposable face towel was quite large and very practical. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and there is a 🤖 robot to deliver things, hahaha, cute, and it feels safer. The toothpaste and hair dryer are all branded, and the equipment is running normally. It is so convenient to go out for dinner! It is very quiet at night. There are buses nearby, and it is a bit far from the subway, so we take more taxis when we go out. There are many taxis, and we can stop them at any time, and they are very close to everywhere. I should choose it again when I come to Chengdu next time✌

I accidentally found this hotel with a high score of 4.9 on Ctrip Overseas Edition. I stayed for one day with a trial mentality. As a result, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service, and then stayed for another 5 nights. The front desk staff and hotel staff were very enthusiastic and professional, which made me feel warm, as if I was back home. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Each room has an optical cable connected to an independent wireless router, and fruits, milk, eye masks and mineral water are also provided. The breakfast and supper options are rich and varied, which is surprising. This will be my first choice when I come to Chengdu in the future. I really have nothing to complain about the five-star service of the hotel and I am very satisfied! I hope that one day I can realize my wish of a smoke-free hotel.

The room was very good. On the day of check-in, they asked how many people were staying, whether there were children or elderly people. They also sent snacks when checking in, which was very considerate. The room was clean, and milk and eye masks were sent in the afternoon. Overall, it was very good. I played outside during the day and came back to live comfortably at night. I had a very happy two days in Chengdu. Qiuqiu and Xiaoyang at the front desk were very nice, and the other staff in the hotel were also very enthusiastic.
