"The hotel is in a great location and provides all you could need or expect for the budget level. The staff are incredibly helpful and even walked me to my taxi to ensure I was picked up at the right place. Really can’t understand some of the negative google reviews, I couldn’t fault it."

"The location is not bad, 15mins by taxi to/from the airport. But the taxi fare is pretty expensive. Euro30/ride when the hotel room is Euro37/night. Short ride taxi fare is much more expensive than the room itself. The room looks clean, however I found couple hair on the bed. And the bedsheet is not comfortable. The curtain is only half covered. As TK stopped providing long haul transit hotel, I had to get one myself. 20hrs transit time definitely require sleeping time, but when the curtain couldn't block out the sunlight, and the prayers was pretty loud and clear even the window door was fully closed, didn't get much sleep during the stay. Not sure why I read someone compliment the breakfast is very delicious. Well, the scramble eggs are not bad. However, the rest is not my taste. I prefer hot or warm food, not cold."

"The service was great. Their staffs, Ziyad and Emir was very helpful. Location was fantastic. The hotel located in front of Gulhane tram station. You can easily ride the tram to explore Istanbul. The food was good too. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our family and friends."

"Great choice for us as we wanted a hotel close to taksim but not exactly at taksim so we avoid noise at night. Room was not big as I expected from living in Asian side where you can get bigger rooms for same price . But considering European side it’s very good, clean and great hotel. Good breakfast. Great services. Staff was friendly and hotel itself is greatly build. Big beds and comfortable sleep. Loved staying here."

"The hotel is well located in Galata, with easy access to everything around. The breakfast is okay – it’s typically Turkish and the same every day without any variation. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is perfect, and the room was comfortable, very clean, and the bed was great. The service was just okay, nothing remarkable. One downside is the noise – since the hotel is on a main street, it can get quite loud. Also, the bathroom was extremely small."

"I stayed here because I had a layover flight en route to London from Hong. The room is clean, very basic but not comfortable. There was complimentary local snacks and bottled water provided in the room. The decor was average, you can tell someone has attempted to put some thought into the decor, it's not to my taste. The chain lock was broken on the door, so I had to put a chair by the door, there was a broken door on the sink unit. I ordered pizza and it wasn't edible - it looked like it was a frozen pizza that had been reheated at least two times. I'm all for recycling/re-using but honestly I was the third customer to use the key card holder - the crude crossing out of the previous use was a bit crass. I know you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot for this room, but honestly they could do better. I would only recommend staying if you're desperate. I wouldn't choose this hotel again, I would probably spend a bit more to experience more comfort, security and hospitality."

"This hotel is two stars rating. But on The Website said, three stars rating. There’s are few problems; 1) toilet seat broken  2) Shower  3) Air condition  Hope it will be better near future."

The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, providing the quiet and relaxing environment needed for work travel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist when needed. Its convenient location also made transportation and getting around the city very easy. "The room was as described, everything was fine and in line with the price. Most importantly, the bed, pillow, and sheets were clean and comfortable. The service was attentive and friendly. The room wasn't very well soundproofed from the elevator, which was very close, but it was bearable, at least for me. The location is good, in a central area, about 5-6 minutes from the central tram station, Cemberlitaš."

"Its a best budget hotel around Sultanmet area walkable distance to major tourist attractions. Conveniently located in the proximity of public transport. Delicious breakfast option available. Friendly staff and are so welcoming. Azat , one of the staff member who is very friendly and upgraded our room for free. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a budget stay in Istambul prime area"
