The gentleman at reception Eray does an excellent job and I really appreciate that he tries to provide me with a room upgrade when available. "Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! 🤩 The location is perfect, right in the heart of Taksim — close to restaurants, cafés, and all main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was super clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-organized. "I was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night."

"We were happy with everything — a perfect option for an overnight stay during a long layover. We stayed for one night and it went smoothly, even though the hotel is close to the airport (we didn’t hear any noise at all). The condition of the room was okay. There were some scuffs on the walls and damaged floorboards in a few places, but we didn’t see this as a big issue for a short stay. We really appreciated the very early breakfast — even with our early flight, we had time to eat. The breakfast was simple but had a wide selection. Thank you for the comfortable stay!"

"Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients."

"The hotel was wonderful. The staff from reception to the pool/restaurant were friendly and very welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious with a beautiful view of the pool. The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Aziz and Mr. Taylan at the reception who was not only very friendly but also very hospitable. Also, a special thanks to the Indonesian maids who cleaned the room every day with the utmost courtesy and respect. I highly recommend this hotel."

The hotel’s amenities, including the gym, spa, and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing escape in the middle of the vibrant city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Marmara Taksim to anyone visiting Istanbul."
