The hotel is very good located in Arnavutköy near many restaurants and shops there is a mall just at 5mn walk and it s with walking distance metro station to the airport with very nice rooms and good breakfast

Its very good hotel in compare with the money you pay , the hotel is near Istanbul airport( new airport) , Staff were very kind and helpful , they helped us for everything we asked. Room were clean. A shopping mall is 4 minutes walk to the hotel , also you can go Mall of Istanbul by taxi which is 20 minutes.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. I had booked 12 nights for this holiday but left on the third day for several reasons:
1. **Terrible service, especially from the waiters.** You had to tip them every time you asked for something. There were two of them, and both were equally bad, speaking in a very rude manner. One even walked away mid-conversation when I was speaking to him.
2. **Room not cleaned.** The room wasn't cleaned for three nights despite me asking multiple times. It became a complete mess.
3. **Unclean vegetables at breakfast.** The vegetables at breakfast were not clean to the point that my family refused to eat there, even though I had paid for breakfast.
4. **Misleading star rating.** The hotel is actually 3 stars, not 4 stars as advertised online. Honestly, it doesn't even deserve one star.
5. **No drinking water provided.** They didn't even provide drinking water. I had to buy water from the convenience store. To be fair, this only happened on the first day. On the second day, I asked again, and they didn't bring any. When I asked a third time that evening, the reception staff member jokingly said, 'You took 20 bottles yesterday, maybe you took a shower with them, hahaha.'
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go there.

My friend and I transit in Istanbul and stay one night in order to catching up the early fight in the next day. The location is very convenient within 30 min by bus. The hotel helped to call taxi and packed breakfast for us the next morning. Excellent services!

The hotel was good and so was the staff. Breakfast was below average. The location is really good. Lots of shops nearby including Burger king.
If you are traveling light, you can catch the local bus directly to the airport.
