The gentleman at reception Eray does an excellent job and I really appreciate that he tries to provide me with a room upgrade when available. I should also add the the cleaning staff are so nice and do an excellent job. As always I strongly recommend this hotel for your travel to Istanbul."

"Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! 🤩 The location is perfect, right in the heart of Taksim — close to restaurants, cafés, and all main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was super clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-organized. "I was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night."

"We were happy with everything — a perfect option for an overnight stay during a long layover. We stayed for one night and it went smoothly, even though the hotel is close to the airport (we didn’t hear any noise at all). The condition of the room was okay. There were some scuffs on the walls and damaged floorboards in a few places, but we didn’t see this as a big issue for a short stay. We really appreciated the very early breakfast — even with our early flight, we had time to eat. The breakfast was simple but had a wide selection. Thank you for the comfortable stay!"

"Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients."

"I had a fantastic stay! The team at the front desk were incredibly helpful and made check-in seamless. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had all necessary amenities. The rooftop lounge was a great spot to unwind in the evening. Clean, quiet, and secure. This hotel really prioritizes guest satisfaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area."

"Once I was over the gauntlet of the two Reception ladies talking about me in their own language, I requested my bags to be brought to my room, 2 hours later I fetched them myself. Some staff, like the delightful bell boys are amazing but others are really just plain rude. To clean your room, they open the door and enter, and you find them already in your room, which as a solo traveller woman is frightening. Please respect your guests privacy. Breakfast was excellent but was an additional fee to an already expensive room. Think about other hotels with friendlier, more service orientated staff. This is my honest impression."

"The hotel is very new and luxurious, close to the subway station, breakfast is good! The hotel management is not perfect, the room given at check-in has been occupied, such a mistake should not be for the five-star international brand, but the front desk does not even apologize, does not take the initiative to greet guests, does not take the initiative to tell the wiff password, does not take the initiative to tell the breakfast time! No sense of service."
