The reception staff are not polite. The TV in the room does not work. Air conditioning does not work. The room window did not close completely and the sounds outside were disturbing. The tea machine was covered in dust. It was well below my expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel room is cleaned daily and is quite spacious. Breakfast timing is good too but same fares everyday. I notice people tend to come for breakfast at about 10am (peak time). Location of the hotel is not so ideal as one has to walk a very steep 45 degree slope to Taksim about 1 km away.

Their service is really bad! The network is super poor. The breakfast was terrible and not clean. I waited for a clean plate for about 30 minutes. They did not encounter any problems or comments, and their attitude was persistence/badness. It doesn't feel good to live here. I hope they can explain the situation intentionally.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff The location might not be great, but the hotel was indeed clean. I rate 4 star just because of the location. It is located near garage area. It is close to taksim Square and bus stop. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, with acceptable verity of items.

the hotel’s access was poor(of course about city center and specially Taksim square).personal couldn’t speak English well.tooth past and tooth brush were no provided ,unfortunately.room view was ☹️.this hotel placed in poor access street with a unpleasant room view.in rooms ,equipment’s were old and some of them didn’t work well(I attached images).but rooms were cleaned every day,for take a great rest in hotel as in this time it was no crowded,i think that was the best one.breakfast was acceptable .

My room is in the second floor and it's almost impossible to sleep!!you can hear EVERY CAR PASSING by,the window is not a window of a 4 sar hotel !!! I feel like i'm sleeping on the street like a homeless in this trip!:)) The air conditioner doesnt work,i'm lucky the weather is not intense these days!
