I had an amazing stay here on June 11 2023. Arrived and was greeted with friendly employees who was willing to assist me with my luggage and with a bright smile too! Met Omer from concierge and we spoke for a brief period of time with him explaining to me about the whereabouts in Istanbul. Also, Kubra showed me to my room and explained in detail about the room amenities. Before checking out, when I had my breakfast ( great selection) Kubra showed up, asked about my stay, whether everything was alright and my experience visiting Istanbul. She and the rest of the bellman team even send me off. So sweet of them! Room was cosy and I like the ambience of it. Location was great since it is near all the attractions. My stay was for two nights. If you want a hotel that is not too busy and crazy, i would suggest this hotel. Shoutout to Kubra and Omer! Hope to see the both of you when I am back in Istanbul!

This hotel is impeccably clean and modern. The staff, lead by manager Ugur, was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome here. The top floor restaurant has an incredible breakfast buffet, and the dinner menu was very nice too. Great views are a bonus. Although the neighborhood is off the main thoroughfare, it is a short walk to everything. Our Deluxe Double room had a king size bed. The bathroom was small, but complete. Very satisfied with the hotel.

Even before we arrived, the Orientbank Hotel was providing great service. I emailed with hotel staff in advance of our trip to arrange car service from the airport, and they were very helpful. Once we arrived, late at night after two long flights, we were greeted at the hotel with such warmth and care. While checking in, I mentioned that we were tired and hungry, as our second flight hadn't served any dinner, and the front desk team put together a bag of sandwiches and snacks for us to take with us to our room. It was such a kind gesture and totally indicative of the quality of service at this hotel. Everytime we came and went, the lobby team asked us how we were and if there was anything we needed. Doors were held open with a smile. I asked for advice on using a kiosk to buy an Istanbulkart, since we wanted to make the most of public transit, and the front desk staff walked me through the process in detail. Everyone here was just so very nice, in a way that felt genuine and lovely. Huge thanks to all of the staff at Orientbank Hotel -- you are all amazing! Our room was on the fourth floor and was generously sized and nicely decorated. Water was provided in the room, which I always appreciate. We were perfectly comfortable and slept very well. In the mornings, we took advantage of the amazing hotel breakfast. The Turkish Breakfast comes with an incredible amount of food, but it was all delicious and offered such a great array of choices. It felt really indulgent and special. We also had dinner at the hotel on our last night there, and it was delicious. Don't miss going up to the rooftop. The view is spectacular. I loved that this hotel was so convenient to every place we wanted to go. It's right around the corner from the Egyptian Market, and just beyond that you can get the tram or the ferry anywhere in Istanbul. We were so glad we chose this hotel, and it made our stay in Istanbul even more memorable. If returning to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again.

Sadly I only stayed in this elegant hotel for one night on my return home from an extended month in Europe. It is comfortable and very well located. My only quibble is the view from my balcony was not exactly beautiful as I stared straight into the ramshackle roof of a neighbourly building. The bar on the top floor is a must with a gorgeous view of the vibrant Bosporus. What really makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the staff. Rarely do I highlight individuals but Valeria on the front desk is a rich asset. She is friendly and hospitable to all and makes everyone feel welcome. So five stars for the hotel and six for Valeria!

We stayed here as a family and chose the hotel due to its location and also the Hilton brand. Every aspect and element of our stay was outstanding; from the welcome and check in process, the concierge, housekeeping, catering and reception desk - all outstanding and so detailed in the service they give to hosts. We particularly liked this hotel because whilst it's located in the old down district, it's amenities are highly modern, crisp and contemporary. We really enjoyed dining on the roof top terrace, adorned with an array of beautiful flowers and a cosmopolitan vibe. On Friday evenings the live music performance by a guitarist and singer made for a lovely dining experience complemented with delicious food (the tiramasu was one of the best I've ever had!). Our particular thanks to Gonca and the breakfast team for going out of their way to make us very well looked after and adorning our baby with love and lots of attention. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul - you will be very pleased

Key points, key points: His family can call you the nucleic acid test personnel to the room for nucleic acid test. You don't need to go to the airport and you don't need to go to the airport, which saves worry, money and time. I stayed at this hotel during the epidemic. I personally think that the location of this hotel is particularly good. It is safe and quiet. The key is that it is very close to the famous scenic spots, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and the Sophia Cathedral. There is no scenic spot to eat around. Expensive over there. Both the hotel staff and the people around are very friendly and welcoming. During my stay at the hotel, the staff provided warm and thoughtful service and helped me contact the vehicles to the airport. I took a taxi myself to 204 lire at his door), helped me print out the documents I needed, and called the nucleic acid test staff to the hotel for me to do the test. The key is that the price is the same as the airport, and I did not overcharge me. Breakfast is not an optional mode, but is made directly on the plate. Although it is a bit simple, it is full. As far as the price of the hotel is concerned, it is very affordable. Highly recommend this hotel, I hope you all have a pleasant journey and have fun.

Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

We stayed here on two separate occasions on our trip while we were in Turkey. We stayed one night and then asked to store our bags while we travelled outside of Istanbul and then for another two nights before we left Turkey. We choose this hotel because of its location. It is less than a 5min walk to the Grand Bazaar. We knew our time in Istanbul we wanted to shop and wanted to stay close by so we drop things off at the hotel easily. The street on which the hotel is also has a few restaurants at the end and also two banks. We stayed in two different rooms. Our first room was very small and at the back of the hotel. It was good just for the night. Our second room was slightly bigger and was facing the street. We liked this room a lot more. Both rooms were clean and while kept. Our biggest complaint was the hotel transfer. I emailed several days ahead of time to schedule a transfer and they quoted more than what I had previous paid directly from the airport, so beware and negotiate. We were told to meet our driver at a certain gate and I know it was out of no one's fault but were caught up in immigration which took us much longer to leave and we did not have access to a phone and Istanbul airport does not have wifi. We were able to ask a random person for help and were able to find our driver......but he was by far the worst driver in the world. He drove so slow...a ride that should be 45mins took us almost two hours. He was on his phone the whole time and swerving in between the lines on the road. I was so upset about the drive. For the second transfer, I have emailed several times about our pickup time and asked several times where do we meet our driver? When we arrived there was no driver and again we were stuck asking strangers to use their phones and call the hotel. The driver was more than 1hr late. It just ruined all our plans that day to get into Istanbul earlier since we just lost over 1hr just standing at the airport. I would NOT get a transfer from the hotel. Get one from the airport it was the same price and hassle-free. I would like to add there is an ATM on the same street as the hotel that dispenses Lira ₺, Pounds £ and USD $.

Well, don’t know from where to start but to sum it up I would like to say that the hotel is super and clean and really amazing,,all the guys working there with mo exception (Ali,Murad,Ercan) are so nice and helpful and always there to ask for any help I might need.. the location is great, it’s close to a tramway station and also near to all the main shops and restaurants and monuments I needed to see…etc Special thanks to Ali the front-disk guy who was so helpful/ humble/ cheerful and so cool as well l.. Highly recommended 👌👌👌

Everything about this place is perfect. Don't get shocked by the small entrance and reception. We arrived at 2:00 am in the morning and Mr. Mourad welcomed us in a friendly way and even offered food since we will not be able to wake up early for breakfast 😅. The room is very clean and spacious (deluxe). The location is very close to tram and walking distance to a looooot of places. We have a very close supermarket, money exchange places, restaurants, even taxis are everywhere. The room is clean and the service is exquisite. The breakfast is cute and nice prepared by Ms. Areefa. During the day we met Mr. Kevin who is very welcoming and friendly as well. The Hotel staff were like our family, caring and warm. If I am back to Istanbul, that will very my choice to stay
