A very tired hotel, Staff were Ok'ish. Had to change room once because of wifi. Noisy outside late into the night

rooms are so smelly but since i paid a non refundable reservation i went and saw the room and left did not even check in ......waste of money .....look at rooms before you book

I booked it some weeks before the day (it was not a cheap night, December 31st to January 1st). A few days before the booking took place they told me they cancelled the booking because they wanted to sell it more expensive.
